“Genzaichi Exhibition 2026”
Date: February 20~21, 2026
Time: 11:00~16:00
Location: Kobe Institute of Computing (Kobe Denshi)

1. Design in Action: Real Client Collaborations

First-year students presented their “Industry–Academia Collaboration Projects,” working on real commissions from companies. Projects included posters and brochures for a medical equipment company, visual design for a parent–child event, and a promotional video for a long-established hot spring inn. From understanding client needs and identifying target audiences to completing proposals and final productions, students experienced the full professional design process.

2. Where Ideas Become Identity

Second-year students showcased their “Graduation Projects,” featuring a wide range of works such as picture books, art books, character merchandise, fashion design, and coffee brand planning. Each booth was planned and styled by the students themselves, highlighting their individual creativity and concepts.

“Genzaichi Exhibition 2026” has successfully come to a close, marking a wonderful conclusion to a year of learning for our students. We look forward to seeing what new surprises and growth next year’s exhibition will bring!

Department of Graphic Design

This department divides into two courses: “Web & Graphic Design” and “Video Promotion.” The former focuses on web design or print media design, while the latter specializes in video production. Beyond developing professional design skills, the program emphasizes practical application.

Our curriculum focuses on “Learn by Creation”, students collaborate with companies and participate in real-world projects—from planning and production to final presentations. In addition to producing high-quality work, they also develop communication and presentation skills to clearly convey their design ideas.
